We accept returns for items that are incorrect, defective, damaged upon arrival, or unused and uninstalled in original packaging. Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us to request a return authorization. Once approved, you will receive a return label or return instructions, and items must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving authorization.
If the return is due to our error, such as a wrong item or defective product, we will cover return shipping costs. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed. A 15% restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns or custom-ordered items.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is inspected and approved. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing after the item is received. Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we shipped the wrong item or the product arrived damaged.
